Today, Huastecan speakers are comprised of two linquistic units: l) Veracruzano, distributed alonq the tropical coastlands, and I 2) Potosino, spoken in the interior hiqhlands, correspondinq to the states of Veracruz, and San Luis Potosi, Mexico, respectively. Mensaje cumplimos accionescon Municipio de Arroyo Seco 2 Es un honor para un servidor estar al frente de la Adminis- tración Pública de Arroyo Seco en su periodo 2009-2012 y, con todo respeto, presento ante ustedes el Plan Municipal de Desarrollo para este trienio, mismo que es el resultado de un diagnóstico realizado sobre la situación actual de nuestro que- rido municipio y de la consulta ciudadana llevada a cabo con la participación de los ciudadanos arroyosequenses, así como con la propuesta de trabajo que, gracias a la confianza que han depositado en nosotros al emitir su voto, podremos estar en condiciones de cumplir, ¡de cumplir con acciones! En este Plan de Desarrollo buscamos retomar acciones que vayan encaminadas al beneficio de la sociedad, así como al mejora- miento en la calidad de vida de todos los arroyosequenses.
