Federazione Italiana Tiro Con L'arco FEDERAZIONE ITALIANA TIRO CON L’ARCO WORLD CUP 2006 Shanghai (CHN), 26-30 Settembre 2006 ILARIO DI BUÒ ED ELENA TONETTA IN FINALE DI COPPA DEL MONDO GALIAZZO E FRANGILLI PRIMI TRA GLI ESCLUSI Al termine delle eliminatorie individuali nella quarta tappa di coppa del Mondo a Shanghai (CHN), ottime notizie per gli azzurri dell’arco olimpico: Ilario Di Buò ed Elena Tonetta guadagnano l’accesso alla finale di World Cup che si svolgerà a Merida (MEX) dal 15 al 22 ottobre. L’iridato Ilario Di Buò, grazie a una prestazione all’altezza della sua esperienza, resta il leader di coppa con 53 punti. L’arciere del Cus Roma a Shanghai è arrivato infatti fino alle semifinali, dove ha perso contro il coreano Jang Yong-Ho 108-114. Tirerà quindi sabato per il bronzo contro il cinese Yong Fujun. L’arciere azzurro aveva eliminato ai 1/32 il russo Rigzynov Bair (109-106), ai 1/16 l’indiano Talukdar Jayanta (112-111), agli 1/8 lo svedese Petersson Magnus (114-110) e ai 1/4 il cinese Wu Feng Bo (110-108). Per gli atleti dell’Aeronautica Marco Galiazzo e Michele Frangilli amaro in bocca, essendo i primi due esclusi dalla lista dei 4 qualificati per la finale di Merida: sono rispettivamente 5° e 6°. Marco Galiazzo è stato eliminato per un solo punto ai 1/4 dal coreano Jang Yong-Ho (111-110), così come Michele Frangilli, uscito agli 1/8 contro il cinese Yong Fujun (113-112). Nelle eliminatorie a squadre che si disputeranno domani, venerdì 29 settembre, il trio azzurro Di Buò, Galiazzo, Frangilli, 5° in qualifica, affronterà la nazionale olandese. Grande risultato nel femminile per la giovane Elena Tonetta, che nonostante sia stata eliminata a sorpresa alla seconda freccia di spareggio ai 1/32 contro la slovena Cekada (102- 102), si aggiudica col 3° posto in classifica generale di coppa, a pari merito con la coreana Lee Tuk Jong, l’accesso alla finale di Merida. Pia Lionetti esce invece ai 1/16 contro la campionessa olimpica Park Sung-Hyun (KOR) 113-107, restando al 10° posto in classifica generale, mentre Elena Perosini viene eliminata ai 1/32. Nelle eliminatorie a squadre il trio femminile, Tonetta, Lionetti, Perosini, dopo il 9° posto in qualifica, tirerà contro la Russia. The venue was recently used for a lunch time demonstration of archery during a Test Match with a resultant TV spectator audience of over 700,000 viewers and a "Touch Archery" area for schoolchildren. "Once again, Archery will use a relatively low Olympic cost venue to promote its sport at the same time generating interest from a well known venue. The venue is well suited to the sport with the use of the newly renovated member's stand and a relatively small amount of temporary seating to create the effect we need" said Dr. Ugur Erdener, the newly elected President of FITA. The governing body of archery in Great Britain, GNAS, was one of the founding members of FITA. The history of the sport is linked with Great Britain being one of the first countries where archery sport competitions were held in the middle ages. BEIJING 2008 From July 10th to 12th FITA visited Beijing for a second meeting with BOCOG.     Confederación Panamericana de Tiro con Arco Boletín Mensual / Monthly Bulletin Mayo – Junio / May - June 2019 ________________________________ Hemos tenido una intensa temporada de tiro con arco internacional en los últimos cuarenta y cinco días. Dos campeonatos mundiales, la tercera etapa de la Copa Mundial Hyundai, el Congreso de World Archery y el Tercer Campeonato de Desarrollo del Caribe han sido algunos de los más recientes acontecimientos luego de la publicación de nuestro boletín anterior. Ahora se nos aproxima un evento de suma relevancia. Los Juegos Panamericanos comenzarán muy pronto en Lima, y el tiro con arco estará presente del 7 al 11 de agosto, con el incentivo adicional de que otorgaremos cuatro cupos para los Juegos Olímpicos de Tokio. World Archery ha otorgado a América la sede de tres eventos muy importantes que tendrán lugar en los próximos años: la primera etapa de la Copa Mundial Hyundai en Guatemala 2020, y los Campeonatos Mundiales de Campo (2020) y Aire Libre (2021) en la ciudad de Yankton, en Estados Unidos. Esperamos una gran participación de nuestras federaciones nacionales en estos torneos. We have had a very intense archery season in the last forty-five days. Two world championships, the third stage of the Hyundai World Cup, the World Archery Congress and the III Caribbean Development Championships have been some of the highlights since our previous bulletin. A major event is fast approaching. The Pan American Games will start very soon in Lima, with archery running from August 7 to the 11th. Four Olympic Qualification positions are up for grabs there. 1 World Archery allocated some important events to a take place in the Americas in the coming years.
