Sinopec Foam System is a large-scale cementation equipment independently developed by the SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Engineering using the advanced ultra-low temperature liquid nitrogen evaporation control and high-pressure gas jet multi-stage mixing. The equipment realizes the integration, miniaturization and automation of foam cement slurry cementing equipment, occupies small space, has the high evaporation efficiency and good foam mixing effect, and meets the demand on cementation in the low-pressure and easy-to-leak wells and shale gas wells. The minimum density of ground foam cement slurry is 0.35 g/cm3. The advanced integrated automatic control system controls the density error within ±0.03g/cm3.
