Box 1346 Ann Arbor, Ml 48106-1346 Abstract : More than 1100 complete or fragmentary imported vessels in bronze, glass, wood, horn, clay and silver from the first millennium A.D. have been found in Norway, approximately 80% of them in graves. The extensive research already carried out has produced a vast body of literature, which generally keeps within strict chronological boundaries, concentrating on vessels from either the Roman Period, the Migration Period, or the Viking Age. Two main approaches to the material have traditionally been applied: 1) typo logical studies, on the basis of which trade connections and systems have been discussed from different theoretical perspectives, and 2) imports as status markers, from which hierarchical social systems of a general kind have been inferred. Only very rarely have their function as vessels attracted any serious consideration, and even more rarely their actual local context.

Saken går ut på å vedta veinavn og områdenavn for å kunne gi offisielle vei- eller områdeadresser etter Lov om eiendomsregistrering (matrikkelloven) gjennom et prosjekt som styres av Kartverket som overordnet matrikkelmyndighet. Slike adresser skal gis til alle bolighus, våningshus, fritidshus og næringsbygg som i dag ikke har slik adresse. I Saltdal er det gitt slike adresser i området Rognan med Saltnes, Bakken og Høyjarfallmoen samt en del av området Røkland med Lillealmenningen. Adressegivende vei- og områdenavn må være entydig innenfor kommunens grenser, d.v.s. at et navn ikke kan gis til mer enn en ett sted.

Uttalelse Til Forslag Om Forvaltningsplan for Rovvilt I Nordland
Til Rovviltnemda i Nordland Rognan 28.11.2016 UTTALELSE TIL FORSLAG OM FORVALTNINGSPLAN FOR ROVVILT I NORDLAND Bakken Grunneierlag viser til Fylkesmannens forslag til forvaltningsplan for rovvilt i Nordland som rovviltnemda i region 7 – Nordland har sendt ut til høring. Grunneierlaget er sterkt kritisk til forslaget, som i stor grad vil berøre alle grunneierne i vårt område. Vi ønsker at mulighetene for utmarksbeite må bestå, også for fremtidige generasjoner. Dersom Fylkesmannens forslag blir vedtatt, vil det føre til gjengrodde utmarksbeiter og stier. Elgjakta som er en betydelig inntektskilde for grunneierlaget vil bli berørt. Storviltjakta og småviltjakta vil også bli betydelig berørt av forslaget fra Fylkesmannen. Forslaget fra Fylkesmannen vil føre til dårligere bolyst og folkehelse ved at bruk av utmarka som er en av de tingene som gir økt livskvalitet for mange, vil bli betydelig redusert. Dersom Fylkesmannens forslag blir vedtatt, vil grunneierlaget varsle krav om erstatning for tapte inntekter i forbindelse med grunneierrettigheter og inntekter på storvilt- og småviltjakt. Bakken Grunneierlag mener at konsekvensene av forslaget til forvaltningsplan for rovvilt er for dårlig utredet. Prosessen bør på bakgrunn av dette utsettes. Ut fra de fremlagte høringsdokumentene støtter Bakken Grunneierlag AU sitt forslag til forvaltningsplan for rovvilt i Nordland. FACTS 1. Procedure (1) Following pre-notification discussions, the Norwegian authorities notified the regionally differentiated social security contributions 2014-2020, pursuant to Article 1(3) of Part I of Protocol 3 by letter of 13 March 20141 (2) By letter dated 2 May 20142, the Authority requested additional information. By letters dated 20 May 20143 the Norwegian authorities replied to the information request and on 3 June 2014 they submitted an updated notification4. The Authority therefore considered the notification to be complete on 3 June 2014. 2. Background (3) Social security contributions have been regionally differentiated in Norway since 1975. The Authority last made a full assessment of the system of regionally differentiated social security contributions in 2006.
