LACMA’s Teen Night Out Calling all teens! Now’s your chance to join us at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) for Teen Night: After Dark on November 19. The entire museum will be shut down for high school teens from all across the Los Angeles County area. Dance under the stars, explore the beautiful art in selected exhibits and even get a chance to create your own masterpiece! Bring your friends and enjoy an eventful night full of creativity and fun.

Claremont Village Apartments Holiday Event Claremont Youth Programs will host its annual Holiday Event at the Claremont Village Apartments on December 10, from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. This event will provide youth residents of the apartment complex, up to 18 years old, with a day full of Holiday activities, a multitude of wrapped gifts to choose from, a FREE Taco Man, a photo booth with printed pictures and cookie decorating to celebrate this Holiday season with tons of cheer!

Art Mural “Claremont, The City of Trees”

The Alexander Hughes Community Center is enjoying a vibrant and engaging new mural by Claremont artist Jerry Owens. “Claremont, the City of Trees” was commissioned as AARP Tax part of the second annual Claremont Art Showcase. The mural will remain Preparation on display for a year and the exhibit runs through November 28. Picnic Area Guidelines Claremont is home to dozens of parks offering lush green belts, walking paths, play structures, and sports fields . Many residents enjoy using group picnic areas for family gatherings, birthdays, and celebrations . If you are thinking about using a group picnic area, here are a few things to keep in mind:
