Terms & Conditions  Advance payment of 25% to be paid at the time of booking 50% of the payment amount shall be paid 15 days prior to the Function. Remaining 25% payment amount shall be paid 7 days prior to the function.  Any payment to be made by cheque has to be deposited at least 10 days before the function date.  Additional number of plates shall be billed & charged on the same day at the end of the function date.  No refund or relocation shall be allowed if the plates are consumed less than the minimum guarantee.  GST will be charged extra.  No credit will be given at all.  Advance payment shall not be refunded in case of cancellation.  Any changes or additions by the host in the menu in his/her hand writing are not valid.  Liquor will be served on demand with extra charges.  Liquor license is mandatory.  Liquor will be served till 3:00PM during Lunch and 11:30PM during Dinner.  Service of liquor is permitted as per excise rules.  Food will be served till 3:00PM during Lunch function and 11:30PM during Dinner function.  DJ will be played till 2:00PM during Lunch and 10:30PM during Dinner.  Dhol or Band is not allowed inside the hall.  Flower and theme decoration by paneled vendors only.  Outside arrangements or vendors shall not be entertained.  Management will not be responsible for any loss of any valuables or belongings.  Flower shower is not allowed inside banquet hall.  Steward Service is not allowed inside banquet premises.  No Fireworks are allowed inside & outside the banquet premises.  Carrying of firearms is not allowed in the banquet premises.  Security guard provided only for parking.  Parking/Valet parking at owner’s risk.  Any damage to the property shall be boned by the host.  No discount allowed in case of breakdown of electricity or any technical issues.  AC plant will be switched off by 3:30PM during Lunch function and 12:00AM(Midnight) during Dinner function.  Water fall will be run till 3:00PM during Lunch and 11:00pm during Dinner.
