The Koh Sdach archipelago is located in province in the , it consists of a group of 12 Islands all in close proximity to each other. At the centre of them lies

Property construction began in 2008. A large portion of the work involves land consolidation, constructing connection lines of utility highways and infrastructure. Parts of the project schedule is as follows:

(1)International airport: The property will build a 4C grade international airport within 3 to 5 years. Domestically, we will start a number of direct charter flights to Siem Reap, Phnom Penh and Sihanouk. Internationally direct flights to Singapore, Hong Kong, guangzhou and other cities. Helicopter for VIP guests' reception and takes 45 minutes from Phnom Penh to the property. The helicopter can reach Siem Reap(75 minutes) and Sihanoukville(10 minutes) easily.

(2)Road: The external Yingbin Road connecting No.48 highway, 4 lanes double way, 60 kilometers long and 23m wide, making it possible to reach Phnom Penh within 3.5 hours, reach Thai border within 2.5 hours.The road is in good condition and at a settlement period, its pavement structure is expected to be finished by 2014. Internal Yingbin Road (E.) has been opened to traffic, which is approximately 14 kilometers. And Yingbin Road (N.) is approximately 40 kilometers with a traffic mileage of 15 kilometers.

(3)Wharf: Five wharfs are planned, one cargo terminal with a tonnage of 2,000 has been put into use.

Union Group yachts for guests traveling from Sihanouk.From internal terminal to Sihanoukville is approximately 40 kilometers, or 1 hour via yacht.

After strict bidding process, the multi-purpose wharf project is contracted by No. 5 Engineering Company of CCCC First Harbor Engineering. Supervision by China Guangzhou Wanan Construction Supervision Company. The project started on August 1, 2013, and will be completed on January 30, 2015. Construction period for 18 months. Project is located in the southern Cambodia Kampong Som Bay. Terminal length is 208 meters, 25 meters wide, approach span length of 461 meters, 9 meters wide, dike length of 216 meters. Phase 1 including the construction of one 10000 DWT multi-purpose berth, annual capacity of about 800000 tons of break-bulk (400000 tons of breakbulk + 50000 TEU container). In order to meet the needs of future development, the terminal layout also build garages in both north and south sides.

(4)Reservoir: Three reservoirs are planned. Preak Smach reservoir and Peam Kay reservoir totaling 25 million cubic have been put into use. The site selection of a 50 million cubic reservoir has been done and construction work will be completed by 2014.

(5)Electric power: For electric power, the first portion will commence with heavy oil power plants, two power stations of 6,700 KW has been put into use. In addition, cooperation with the State Grid will built a 200,000 KW substation.

(6)Water plant: Two water plants are planned, one of them has been put into use; Site selection of a 625 cubic per hour reservoir has been done.

(7)Municipal engineering base: Municipal engineering base covers an area of more than 50,000 square meters, construction area of 7,700 square meters, 545 employees, 268 sets of large machinery equipment, including a headquarters and four work area.

(8)Golf Subject Area Three golf course in plan in Phase 1.No. 1 18-hole golf course has currently commenced, covers an area of 135 hectares. The completion of the first 9 holes will begin in November 2013 with planning practice course, golf course clubhouse, management center and related supporting..

(9)French-style Office Hotel Office Hotel covers an area of 7011 square meters with a construction area of 12216 square meters, and has been accommodated in August 2012. It mainly includes 3 function areas as the guest room area, residential area and office area. Of which, 44 guest rooms, 36 accommodation rooms. Office area covers 4219 square meters with 20 offices, 8 meeting rooms. Hotel is also provided with other functional areas.

Swimming pool of office hotel has been put into use in July 2013. The swimming pool constructed according to the national standard, 50 meters long and 23 meters wide, 1.4-1.8m water depth, with eight lanes, each lane2.8 meters width , with a divider between the two lanes. Overflow tank around the swimming pool in order to keep the water quality. There're four climbing ladders at the four corners. Professional staff clean the pool everyday.

(10)Farm Area Orchards and farms cover about 3 square kilometers (4500 acres). The existing farm area is nearly 200,000 square meters mainly for planting, breeding, tourism. With the development of animal husbandry and aquaculture, now we are self sufficient in food production. The remaining products will gradually realize market-oriented operation.
