This year, an estimated 3500 cyclists from Japan and overseas will participate in the Cycling Shimanami. ②See the Superb Scenery of the Seto Archipelago on a Variety of Courses. There are five courses available, including travelling through the Shimanami Kaido, touring islands, cruising across the Seto Inland Sea by boat, and a short course for beginners and families. ③The One and Only Cycling Event in Japan on an Expressway. Cyclists can enjoy the openness on the expressway, where usually only vehicles are allowed to run. All courses pass through the expressway. ④Experience "Omotenashi" Hospitality from the Islanders of Setouchi Participants will be able to enjoy the natural landscape, including the beauty of the tiny dotted islands, the history and culture of each island, and delicious food produced in the rich nature of the Seto Inland Sea.
