No dia 20 de janeiro, o ministro, agora licenciado, Alexandre de Moraes, teve uma reunião com o prefeito de São Paulo, João Dória, para discutir a futura implantação na cidade do Plano Nacional de Segurança. No dia 3 de fevereiro, o ministro esteve em Aracaju apresentando ao governador Jackson Barreto o Plano Nacional de Segurança para o Estado, e retornou direto para São Paulo, na noite daquela sexta-feira. Na segunda-feira (6), ele retornou para Brasília em voo comercial. Bruno Araújo (Cidades) O Ministério das Cidades informa que no período entre 5 de janeiro e 5 de fevereiro, o ministro Bruno Araújo viajou em comitiva do Presidente da República, Michel Temer, dia 30 de janeiro, para cumprimento da agenda oficial. O deslocamento foi para participar do evento de inauguração da terceira estação de bombeamento do Eixo Leste do Projeto de Integração do Rio São Francisco, no município de Floresta (PE). Este foi o único compromisso oficial do ministro Bruno Araújo durante o período. A pretensão não pode ser atendida, porque, como se infere da cota à denúncia firmada pela Procuradora-Geral da República (fls. 1.859-1.872), não há notícia da formalização, pelo referido denunciado - Job Ribeiro Brandão -, de acordo previsto no art. 4º, § 6º, da Lei n. 12.850/2013, embora tenha, segundo se alude, adotado condutas colaborativas à elucidação dos fatos e à produção probatória. Assim sendo, o destaque feito pelo Ministério Público Federal, acerca do comportamento do acusado Job Ribeiro Brandão, presta-se, tão somente, para posterior análise de eventuais benefícios legais aplicáveis à espécie, não importando, por si só, na conclusão de que houve a negociação formal de sanções premiais em virtude de colaboração às investigações.

    NOTÍCIAS STF 04 a 10 de agosto de 2018 CRIMINALIZAR O ABORTO É INCOMPATÍVEL COM OS TRATADOS INTERNACIONAIS, DIZ DEFENSORA PÚBLICA Em nome do Conselho Nacional de Direitos Humanos, a defensora pública federal Fabiana Galera Severo afirmou que a proibição do aborto voluntário no Brasil, além de estar em desacordo com diversos princípios constitucionais, segue na contramão da evolução internacional de reconhecimentos dos direitos sexuais reprodutivos, em especial, do direito fundamental ao aborto seguro, “sendo, portanto, incompatível com a proteção internacional aos direitos humanos e com os compromissos que o Estado brasileiro assumiu perante a comunidade internacional”. Para a defensora, a interpretação restritiva do direito à liberdade da mulher de decidir sobre a sua própria vida reprodutiva é incompatível com o direito humano à vida com dignidade e à liberdade sexual e reprodutiva. “A liberdade da mulher de decidir sobre a interrupção de uma gravidez não viola o direito à vida, ao contrário, consagra o seu direito à vida”, disse. Do ponto de vista da violação do direito à igualdade de gênero, a defensora ressaltou que a incriminação do aborto traz carga ainda mais pesada às mulheres. “A criminalização do aborto é estritamente feminina, já que, apesar da gravidez decorrer de um ato praticado por indivíduos de ambos os sexos, a consequência da penalização jurídica não atinge os homens que praticam o ato sexual irresponsável”, ressaltou.
