We will learn about an exceptional German woman from long ago named Hildegard von Bingen, and how her legacy reached contemporary Estonia in the guise of a certain subspecies of wheat. Straw Patterns – workshop on straw jewellery Mill Patterns – grain farmer Mikk Tutt (OÜ Mikumikkel) introduces his contemporary stone mill, custom-made in Austria with support from the LEADER programme. He will share his knowledge and experiences of working with a stone mill. Bread and wholemeal flour are for sale.
