Some of you provided process improvement ideas that I would like to share with the membership. • During the lectures or Jain discourse, provide volunteers to look after kids of all ages. Thereby maintaining a spiritual environment conducive to learning. • Start ‘Bhakti’ with a good music, half an hour prior to the lecture. This practice can facilitate positive vibrations among audience in preparation for the lecture. And more importantly provide half-hour cushion for people who may be few minutes late.
