SYOR-SYOR YANG DICADANGKAN BAGI BAHAGIAN-BAHAGIAN PILIHAN RAYA PERSEKUTUAN DAN NEGERI BAGI NEGERI PAHANG SEBAGAIMANA YANG TELAH DIKAJI SEMULA OLEH SURUHANJAYA PILIHAN RAYA DALAM TAHUN 2017 PROPOSED RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FEDERAL AND STATE CONSTITUENCIES FOR THE STATE OF PAHANG AS REVIEWED BY THE ELECTION COMMISSION IN 2017 PERLEMBAGAAN PERSEKUTUAN SEKSYEN 4(a) BAHAGIAN II JADUAL KETIGA BELAS SYOR-SYOR YANG DICADANGKAN BAGI BAHAGIAN-BAHAGIAN PILIHAN RAYA PERSEKUTUAN DAN NEGERI BAGI NEGERI PAHANG SEBAGAIMANA YANG TELAH DIKAJI SEMULA OLEH SURUHANJAYA PILIHAN RAYA DALAM TAHUN 2017 Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya, mengikut kehendak Fasal (2) Perkara 113 Perlembagaan Persekutuan, telah mengkaji semula pembahagian Negeri Pahang kepada bahagian- bahagian pilihan raya Persekutuan dan bahagian-bahagian pilihan raya Negeri setelah siasatan tempatan kali pertama dijalankan mulai 14 November 2016 hingga 15 November 2016 di bawah seksyen 5, Bahagian II, Jadual Ketiga Belas, Perlembagaan Persekutuan. 2. Berikutan dengan kajian semula itu, Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah memutuskan di bawah seksyen 7, Bahagian II, Jadual Ketiga Belas, Perlembagaan Persekutuan untuk menyemak semula syor-syor yang dicadangkan dan mengesyorkan dalam laporannya syor-syor yang berikut: (a) tiada perubahan bilangan bahagian-bahagian pilihan raya Persekutuan bagi Negeri Pahang; (b) tiada perubahan bilangan bahagian-bahagian pilihan raya Negeri bagi Negeri Pahang; (c) tiada pindaan atau perubahan nama kepada bahagian-bahagian pilihan raya Persekutuan dalam Negeri Pahang; dan (d) tiada pindaan atau perubahan nama kepada bahagian-bahagian pilihan raya Negeri dalam Negeri Pahang. 3. Jumlah bilangan pemilih seramai 740,023 orang dalam Daftar Pemilih semasa iaitu P.U. (B) 217/2016 yang telah diperakui oleh SPR dan diwartakan pada 13 Mei 2016 dan dibaca bersama P.U. (B) 399/2016 bertarikh 6 September 2016 telah diguna pakai bagi maksud kajian semula persempadanan bahagian-bahagian pilihan raya Persekutuan dan Negeri dalam Negeri Pahang. 1 4. Butiran syor yang dicadangkan bagi Negeri Pahang berkenaan dengan bahagian- bahagian pilihan raya Persekutuan dan Negeri yang baharu, pindaan dan perubahan nama sedia ada bagi bahagian-bahagian pilihan raya Persekutuan dan Negeri dan bahagian-bahagian pilihan raya Persekutuan yang terlibat dalam semakan semula dan tersentuh oleh syor tersebut adalah dinyatakan dalam Jadual Pertama. 5. Berikutan kajian semula persempadanan bahagian-bahagian pilihan raya Persekutuan dan Negeri ini, bilangan pemilih bagi bahagian-bahagian pilihan raya Persekutuan dan Negeri dalam Negeri Pahang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Kedua. 6. Syor yang dicadangkan ini berserta dengan satu salinan rang pelan bahagian- bahagian pilihan raya bagi Negeri-Negeri Tanah Melayu dan satu salinan rang pelan bahagian-bahagian pilihan raya bagi Negeri Pahang boleh diperiksa mulai 8 Mac 2017 hingga dan termasuk 7 April 2017 semasa waktu pejabat biasa di tempat-tempat yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Ketiga. 7. Menurut seksyen 4(b), Bahagian II, Jadual Ketiga Belas, Perlembagaan Persekutuan, representasi mengenai syor yang dicadangkan boleh dibuat kepada Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya dalam masa satu bulan selepas tarikh penyiaran Notis ini. 8. Selaras dengan seksyen 5, Bahagian II, Jadual Ketiga Belas, Perlembagaan Persekutuan, pihak-pihak yang boleh membuat representasi membantah syor yang dicadangkan itu adalah: (a) Kerajaan Negeri; atau (b) mana-mana pihak berkuasa tempatan yang keseluruhan atau sebahagian kawasannya termasuk di dalam bahagian-bahagian pilihan raya yang tersentuh oleh syor itu; atau (c) sekumpulan orang seramai satu ratus orang atau lebih yang nama mereka ditunjukkan dalam daftar pemilih semasa bagi bahagian-bahagian pilihan raya yang berkenaan. 9. Apa-apa representasi membantah syor yang dicadangkan hendaklah dikemukakan secara bertulis kepada Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya dan dialamatkan kepada Pegawai Pilihan Raya Negeri Pahang seperti di bawah: 2 Pengarah Pilihan Raya Negeri Pahang Tingkat 8 Wisma Persekutuan Jalan Gambut 25000 Kuantan Pahang. FEDERAL CONSTITUTION SECTION 4(a) PART II THIRTEENTH SCHEDULE PROPOSED RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FEDERAL AND STATE CONSTITUENCIES FOR THE STATE OF PAHANG AS REVIEWED BY THE ELECTION COMMISSION IN 2017 The Election Commission, in accordance with the requirements of Clause (2) of Article 113 of the Federal Constitution, has reviewed the division of the State of Pahang into Federal constituencies and State constituencies after conducting the first local inquiry from 14 November 2016 until 15 November 2016 under section 5, Part II of the Thirteenth Schedule to the Federal Constitution. 2. Consequent upon the review, the Election Commission has decided under section 7, Part II of the Thirteenth Schedule to the Federal Constitution to revise the proposed recommendations and proposes to recommend in their report the following recommendations: (a) no alteration in the number of Federal constituencies for the State of Pahang; (b) no alteration in the number of the State constituencies for the State of Pahang; (c) no amendment or alteration made to the names of Federal constituencies in the State of Pahang; and (d) no amendment or alteration made to the names of the State constituencies in the State of Pahang. 3 3. The total number of 740,023 electors in the current Electoral Rolls that is P.U. (B) 217/2016 which was endorsed by the Election Commission and gazetted on 13 May 2016 and read together with P.U. (B) 399/2016 dated 6 September 2016 was used for the purpose of the review of the delimitation of the Federal and State constituencies in the State of Pahang. 4. Particulars of the proposed recommendations for the State of Pahang regarding the new Federal and State constituencies, amendments and alterations to the existing names of the Federal and State constituencies and the Federal constituencies involved in the revision and affected by the proposed recommendations are specified in the First Schedule. 5. Due to this review of the delimitation of the Federal and State constituencies, the number of electors for the Federal and State constituencies in the State of Pahang are specified in the Second Schedule. 6. This proposed recommendations together with one copy of the draft constituencies plan for the States of Malaya and one copy of the draft constituencies plan for the State of Pahang may be inspected from 8 March 2017 up to and including 7 April 2017 during normal office hours at the places specified in the Third Schedule. 7. According to section 4(b), Part II of the Thirteenth Schedule to the Federal Constitution, representations with respect to the proposed recommendations may be made to the Election Commission within one month after the date of publication of this Notice. 8. In accordance with section 5, Part II of the Thirteenth Schedule to the Federal Constitution, parties who can make representations objecting to the propose recommendations are: (a) the State Government; or (b) any local authority whose area is wholly or partly comprised in the constituencies affected by the recommendation; or (c) a body of one hundred or more persons whose names are shown on the current electoral rolls of the constituencies in question. 4 9. Hence acidic water that flow into the stream had potential health risks to both aquatic life and residents in the vicinity of the mine. Study will be conduct to investigate water quality and AMD characteristics which are pH value of the stream or discharge area, mineral composition in the rock and neutralization value of the rock in AMD mining area. Result shows that pH value of water in Kg. Aur, Chini and Sg. Lembing are acidic with value of 2.81, 4.16 and 3.60 respectively. Maximum concentrations of heavy metals in the study area are: Pb (0.2 mg/L), Cd (0.05 mg/L), Zn (5.1 mg/L), Cu (5.2 mg/L), Mn (10.9 mg/L), Cr (0.2 mg/L), Ni (0.2 mg/L), As (0.005 mg/L) and Fe (202.69 mg/L). Prediction of acid formation using acid-base calculations from all samples shows high potential acid production between 22.84-2500.16 kg CaCO₃/tonne. The ratio of neutralization (NP) with acid potential (APP) shows a very low value (ratio < 1) Sg.

Both are related to a condition of a person mental health that they are not physically visible specifically in the workplace. The study regarding mental health at the workplace has been conducted long time ago by many researchers, thus psychosocial and psychological issues in the workplace were quite familiar due to the emergence of new types of hazards and associated risks in the workplace settings. In respect to that, no one should be harm by their work nature had driven more studies on these invisible aspects. To avoid more confusion between these terms, proper understanding must be developed in order to use any of these terms in research. This paper draws a clear distinction between these two terms (psychosocial risk and psychological health) and the related issues in the workplace settings. B), No. 2, 191-211, 1988 The Agricultural Development of Hill Stations in Tropical Asia -A Case Study in the Cameron Highlands, Malaysia- Shigeru SHIRASAKA* There are many highland settlements known as "hill stations" or "summer resorts" in Southeast Asian countries under the tropical and subtropical climate. The hill station is not a native institution, but one developed during the nineteenth century by the British and Dutch colonial masters in order to make sojourns in a foreign land more comfortable. In southern Japan, the worst period is from June through August, though its intensity does not compare with that farther south. In Malaysia and Indonesia, the period extends throughout the year. The Cameron Highlands is the most famous hill station in Peninsular Malaysia being one of colonial origin. The Cameron Highlands is located between 1,000 and 1,500 meters above sea level on the main range of central Malaysia. Today, the Cameron Highlands is mainly a summer resort, but it is also a very important mid-latitude vegetable growing area. The development of the Cameron Highlands began only after 1926, though it was discovered by, and named after, William CAMERONin 1885. Almost simultaneous with the opening of the Came ron Highlands as a hill resort was the growth and development of vegetable farming by farmers of Chinese origin. There are also three new vegetable farming settlements developed after World War II. Some 47 per cent of the inhabitants of the Cameron Highlands are Chinese Malaysian, and they shoulder the vegetable growing business.

The matrix-supported conglomerate of very well rounded clasts conformably overlies pebbly mudstone and shows a gradual change in matrix grain size from clay to sand. An Anisian (early Middle Triassic) age is indicated for a whole sequence by the presence of an ammonoid Paraceratites sp. found in a lower shale bed. Sedimentological features suggest that the conglomerate and underlying sandstone/shale sequences were possibly deposited in a relatively deep marine environment, and probably belong to the Semantan Formation. Abstrak: Satu jujukan tebal konglomerat, batu pasir bertuf dan syallbatu lumpur yang tersingkap di kawasan Setia Jasa diperihalkan di sini. Konglomerat sokongan matriks dengan klasta sangat bulat didapati menindih batu lumpur berpebel dan menunjukkan perubahan berterusan matriks dari saiz lumpur ke saiz pasir. Keseluruhan jujukan ditafsirkan berusia Anisian (Trias Tengah) berdasarkan kehadiran fosil amonoid Paraceratites sp. yang ditemui dalam syal di bawahnya. Bukti-bukti sedimentologi mencadangkan bahawa jujukan konglomerat dan jujukan batu pasir-syal di bawahnya mungkin diendapkan di sekitaran laut yang agak dalam dan mungkin merupakan sebahagian daripada Formasi Semantan.
