SAŽETAK U završnom radu analizirano je postoje će stanje cestovne mreže otoka Kor čule, dat je pregled prostornih planova kao i podataka o prometnom optere ćenju. Kao u svakoj mreži/sustavu, tako i u cestovnoj mreži otoka Kor čula, postoji mogu ćnost poboljšanja. Za rješenje istog predloženo je pet zahvata koji bi riješili najve ći dio postoje će problematike. Rješenja su predložena na temelju poznavanja podru čja otoka i postoje će problematike, te spoznaja o mogu ćnostima i potrebitosti za izgradnjom/rekonstrukcijom predloženog. Dalmatia Delights A Rough Guide to the Tour 2 Dalmatia Delights Preface This guide (entirely and unashamedly lifted from other sources, mostly cited) tries to follow the Dalmatian Delights itinerary for the Ferris Wheels tour. Its purpose is to present in one place some highlights of the tour; and, hopefully, save participants from buying several guide books, although there is at least one book (Western Balkans, Lonely Planet) that covers a lot but not all of the itinerary. First, a little introduction to Dalmatia. As I noted on my Dalmatia page, the term is a loose way of referring, partly to Dalmacija, a region in Croatia, but then, loosely, to surrounding regions spanning coast, hinterland and mountains in parts of Slovenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro and, for good measure, the Passo di Stelvio in the Italian Dolomites. So don’t get too hung up on the name. More strictly speaking, Dalmatia (Croatian: Dalmacija), is an historical region on the eastern coast of the Adriatic Sea and is situated in Croatia. It spreads between the island of Rab in the northwest and the Bay of Kotor, in Montenegro, in the southeast. The hinterland, the Dalmatian Zagora, ranges from fifty kilometers in width in the north to just a few kilometers in the south. The Dalmatian dog gets its name from Dalmatia. In antiquity the Roman province of Dalmatia was much larger than the present-day region, stretching from Istria to historical Albania. Dalmatia signified not only a geographical unit, but it was an entity based on common culture and settlement types. Secondly, Dalmatia came before the dog! The dog got its name from its association with Dalmatia. -

Living Learning Catalogue Best practises for new approaches in tourism Preface “The main purpose was to enrich the analytical skills, while developing new knowledge based on digital tools and services” BLUTOURSYSTEM is a European project based on the Interreg Italy - Croatia 2014 2020 program and which involved 6 partners representing the academic and institutional world; a project that at the territorial level has affected the Veneto region and the Puglia region for the Italian side while for the Croatian territory the Istria region and the area Southern part of the croatian country. The main purpose was to enrich the analytical skills of stakeholders, while developing new knowledge based on advanced and digital tools and services. Blutoursystem, after having inherited the results of the previous TourMEDasset project coordinated by the Ca ‘Foscari University, designed a new ambitious path whose key concepts were: • Business ecosystem, in reference to the network of organizations involved in providing the products and services that make up the tourism product; • Quadruple Helix approach, that is the reduction of the barriers that exist between the academic, institu- tional, private and civil world, stimulating the interaction, to encourage economic and social development; • Living Labs, laboratories with a dual dimension: the real one represented by multiple meetings that involved local actors, to collect the main needs and draw together future scenarios capable of facing challenges and maximizing benefits; on the other hand, a technological dimension: in a world where data is the real wealth, having free access to dashboard containing organized data and knowing how to read it becomes a real chal- lenge. -

An island is a piece of land surrounded by water. This atlas is focussed on small and very small islands that fall below the system of territorial units for statistics (NUTS) within the European Union not having a fixed link to the European mainland. ESIN represents 1,640 such islands with a resident population of 359,357people. These small islands have 3-4 million summer residents and ten times as many visitors, which creates a heavy human pressure on the islands’ social, technical and ecological systems. -
