Delegates will thank you for choosing such a beautiful destination, with experienced meeting venues, fine ‘Chef’s Hat’ dining, magnificent wineries and abundant activities including some of Australia’s best golf courses.

So let’s get started!

• Choose a venue, from an intimate country house hotel to an arts centre. Golf courses, wineries, a racing course and eco-retreats are other inspiring options. • Check out our range of activities suitable for team building, including golf, indoor rock climbing and tree surfing. • Schedule a little reward for all the hard work of the conference…a wine tasting at a cellar door, dinner in an outstanding restaurant, bathing in our natural geothermal hot springs.

Behind Willow Creek Vineyard’s grand red-brick entrance, at the end of the meandering driveway, sits an Edwardian homestead built in 1876 for the original farming family. In the winery opposite, Geraldine McFaul crafts her elegant wines that are an expression of the hand tendered vineyard planted in 1989. Visitors can discover the intricacies of winemaking in the stylish bluestone and oak cellar door or the intimate tasting room in the barrel hall.
