Foreword

Dear exhibitors: This is the complete edition of Exhibitor Manual. Please read it carefully. Exhibitors shall abide by the regulations of Exhibitor Manual of Nanjing International Consumer Goods Expo 2016 during move-in, move-out period and attending the exhibition. Welcome to “Nanjing International Consumer Goods Expo 2016” (hereinafter called “NICGE”). The Expo will be held in Nanjing International Expo Centre during September 9-11, 2016

○ This manual includes matters need attention. Please read it carefully and let your staff be aware of. Make sure all the arrangements are prepared and hand in the relevant materials in time. Pay attention to the schedule and regulations. ○ The exhibition equipment rental service and transportation service is attached only for your reference. Organizing Committee does not take any responsibility. Thanks for your understanding. ○ Please control the volume less than 60 decibels. If the neighboring exhibitors are bothered by the noise, Organizing Committee shall have the right to terminal this exhibitor’s activity. ○ Organizing Committee of NICGE reserves the right of final interpretation of the manual.

Notice

To ensure the safety and efficiency of the Expo, police from Nanjing have some tips as follows: 1. In accordance with the requirements of public security bureau, all the exhibitors and personnel shall go through the safety inspection and have the tickets checking. 2. All the exhibitors and personnel shall be subject to the management of the security. Vehicles shall be parked in the designated spot. 3. Be watchful to the important materials and possessions especially laptops. In case you find any article stolen or something suspicious, please contact security staff in the Expo Centre as soon as possible. 4. III. Transportation How to reach the Expo by metro: Take Metro Line 1 to “ANDEMEN” Station to transfer to Line 10 or take both to “YUANTONG” Station— Exit 4—walk to the Expo for about 5 minutes.

Nanjing South Railway Station (12km ): Take Metro Line 1 to “ANDEMEN” Station — transfer to Line 10 or Line 2 to “YUANTONG” Station—Exit 4— walk to the Expo for about 5 minutes; or take a taxi to the Expo Center for 20 minutes.

Lukou International Airport (40km ): You may take the airport shuttle bus to “ZHONGHUAMEN” Station. Then take Metro Line 1 to “ANDEMEN” Station, transfer to Line 10 to “YUANTONG” Station, Exit 4,walk to the Expo for about 5 minutes; or take a taxi to the Expo Center for 50 minutes. You may also take the airport shuttle bus to “Nanjing South Railway Station”. Then take Metro Line 1 to “ANDEMEN” Station, transfer to Line 10 to “YUANTONG” Station, Exit 4, walk to the Expo for about 5 minutes.

Nanjing Zhongyangmen Bus Station: Walk south 1000 meters to reach “XINMOFAN MALU” Station — take Metro Line 1 to “ANDEMEN” Station — transfer to Line 10 to “YUANTONG” Station — Exit 4 — walk to the Expo for about 5 minutes.

IV. Notes for move-in and move-out 1. West Bailongjiang Rd is closed for construction. 2. We suggest exhibitors parking at the West Gate of Yanshan Rd first. After all the paperwork is finished, drive to “XIBIANMEN” and park there. 3. During the exhibition, self-driving exhibitors enter from Jiangdongzhong Rd, park in P2.

Part Two: Notes for Exhibitors

I. Notes for move-in 1. Setup of special booths 1) The maximum height of the special booth is 6m. 2) In order to ensure the safety of Expo Center and the realization of all parties’ expectations, all exhibitors and their installation contractors must send construction drawing to the Expo Center before August 24, 2016. ( Including height, material, wiring, etc)

2. Setup of standard booths

Setup of standard booths The structure of each standard booth (3m x 3m) is shown as follows: Booth fascia, wallboards, two spot lights, a consulting table, two chairs, a waste paper basket , one 5A/220V socket.

3. Certificates management Strict access management system shall be implemented. The type and instructions of certificates is shown below:

This card can not be used as Exhibitor pass. Staff responsible for special booth construction and exhibitors’ related staff responsible for move-in and move-out period shall Construction acquire construction permit from Service Desk of Nanjing permit International Expo Centre (it’s not allowed to access the Expo Centre for construction without construction permit). 4. Matters need attention Exhibitors shall arrange booths according to the requirements of Organizing Committee, observe the rules & regulations and schedule of the exhibition, follow the arrangement of Organizing Committee, so as to ensure the smooth proceeding of the exhibition. In case any exhibitor fails to arrange booths before 12:00 on Aug. 26, 2016, Organizing Committee shall have the right to rearrange the booth without refunding the booth charge.

II. Notes for attending the exhibition 1. Please wear the exhibitor pass, and do not transfer it to others. When accessing the Expo Centre, please show the pass initiatively.

2. During the exhibition period, the Expo Centre opens at 8:30, and closes at 17:00 on Sept.9-10 but on Sept. 11 it closes at 16:00. During move-in period, you shall please access your booth from the XIBIANMEN of the Expo Centre at 8:20 to take care of your own exhibits. In order to ensure the safety of exhibits, please do not leave your own booth until security staff requires all people to leave the Expo Center when the exhibition closes.

3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the Expo Center and use flammable or explosive articles.

4. During the exhibition period, please take care of your personal belongings, especially valuables like cash, vidicon, camera, and laptop, etc. In case you find any article stolen or something suspicious, please contact security staff in the Expo Center as soon as possible.

5. In order to keep the booth clean, please finish your dinner in catering area, and do not eat or drink inside the booth. Please put the waste in garbage can or place it at the corridor before leaving the Expo Center everyday.

6. Exhibitors shall not sublease their own booth totally or partially for any reason, and their exhibits should be related to the theme of this exhibition. In case of violating the above-mentioned regulations, all the unrelated exhibits shall be confiscated and the exhibitors shall be fined by Organizing Committee.

7. Exhibits and promotion materials shall meet related policies and regulations in China.

III. Notes for move-out 1. Exhibitors are not allowed to leave or withdraw exhibits in advance before 16:00 of Sept. 11 for fear of disturbing the regular proceedings of the exhibition.

2. Move-out staff cannot come into and go out of the Expo Center without construction permit; and all exhibits shall not be delivered out of the Expo Centre without the exit pass issued by Organizing Committee.

3. Do not damage or take away any article of the Expo Center. Anybody violating the regulation shall be punished.

4. All exhibitors shall finish move-out before 23:59 of Sept. 11, 2016.

5. All articles left after move-out shall be treated as abandoned wastes.

IV. Notes for overtime work In case exhibitors need to work overtime for reason of exhibit assembly and booth setup during move-in and move-out periods, exhibitors must file an application to the Service Desk and pay charge for overtime before 16:00 on the very day of overtime work.

Part Three: Transportation Guide

I. Transportation of domestic exhibits 1. Exhibits sent to NICGE shall be shipped by organizing unit or exhibitors from their local places.

2. If the exhibits sent by railway, airport or post office to NICGE need to be collected by the Expo Center, please contact Jiangsu Foreign Shipping Logistics Co., Ltd.

4. Consigner shall state in detail: the consigner’s unit, address, name and telephone number.

5. Exhibits must arrive Sept.6, 2016.

6. If the exhibits do not have related formality before Oct.10, these goods shall be disposed as abandoned goods by the Expo Centre, issued by Jiangsu Foreign Shipping Logistics Co., Ltd.

II. Transportation of overseas exhibits Shanghai Hi-Expo International Logistics Co., Ltd (hereafter called “Hi-Expo”) is appointed as transportation and customs clearance agent by Organizing Committee. 1. Transportation requirements (1) Documents for customs clearance of overseas exhibits A. a copy of waybill B. a copy of list of exhibits C. a copy of packing list D. original government and sponsors approvals provided by Organizing Committee Notice: Blank list, packing list and waybill in electronic version will be provided by

Shanghai Hi-Expo International Logistics Co., Ltd. (2) Consignee: Shanghai Hi-Expo International Logistics Co., Ltd. (3) Port of destination on bill of lading: NANJING, PORT. (Please do not deliver goods by express mail; some goods are of high value, and if goods are detained at Pudong, Shanghai, considerable expenses will arise and the goods may fail to arrive in time for the exhibition). (4) Shipping mark on the package:

(5) Deadline for providing inbound clearance documents: 30 days before opening ceremony of the exhibition. (6) In case exhibits are in wooden packages, it’s necessary to provide the certificate of fumigation issued by the Commodity Inspection Bureau. (7) Exhibitors shall arrange transportation insurance personally or by entrusting Hi-Expo before shipment. (8) Deadline for delivering goods to Nanjing Port: Air transportation: 10 working days in advance; Sea transportation: 15 working days in advance. (9) All exhibits shall be transported back in principle. (10) In case some articles are consumed and hire purchased, etc., exhibitors shall indicate such articles in detail in the list; exhibitors and domestic buyers shall cooperate with Hi-Expo in handling the formalities for write-off. (11) Import tariff or customs deposit shall be undertaken by exhibitors. (12) Address of exhibits delivery in China: Nanjing International Expo Centre

2. Services provided by Shanghai Hi-Expo (1) Customs clearance and logistics of exhibits at home and abroad. (2) Stripping of packages of exhibits and delivery of products from port to booth. (3) On-site consulting service during the exhibition.

3. Service charges (1) Inbound charges. (2) Returned goods charges.

(3) Tariff and security, etc shall be paid by exhibitors to Hi-Expo agent separately. In case exhibitors fail to make payment on schedule, any consequence arising from hereof shall not be undertaken by Hi-Expo. (4) In case exhibitors fail to meet operating requirements of Hi-Expo, and Hi-Expo solves related problems by communicating with related departments, the expenses arising from hereof shall be paid by exhibitors. (5) Make payment for documents.
