This year Message from we are laying the ground work to participate in UIL soccer and team tennis beginning in fall of 2014. We expect our athletes to continue to play at the same level of championship play as previous athletes have. I take Jerry Vance great pride in the fact that the Liberty Hill athletics program is recognized as one of the most competitive LHISD Athletic Director TOTAL athletic programs in the state. We have consistently competed in post district play in every sport, we are making deep runs in the play-offs; we are making Winning Championships a habit. We have a great coaching staff, state-of-the-art facilities and a winning attitude. Nothing is lacking. Our programs include volleyball, football, baseball, softball, and the boys’ and girls’ sports of cross country, basketball, track, tennis, power lifting and golf. We are playing in district (8AAA) and playing in a new region (1). Our District includes Burnet, Llano, Lampasas, Brownwood and Gatesville. I would urge each and every student to participate in athletics as well as other extra- curricular activities to enrich your educational experience. We have some of the best coaches, trainers, band directors and sponsors in the state. I believe Liberty Hill I.S.D. is poised to accomplish even greater achievements. Get Involved! Be a Part of Our Successes! I would also strongly encourage all parents and community members to also become involved with and participate in the Liberty Hill All Sports Booster Club. Without the support this organization provides to all Liberty Hill sports, our programs could not and would not be as successful as they are. Once again, welcome back.
