COMEDIAN AND SNL STAR COMING TO MYSTIC LAKE JUNE 22

PRIOR LAKE, Minn. – March 8, 2019 – Colin Jost, the award-winning comedian and head writer for “,” is bringing his stand-up act to the Mystic Showroom on Saturday, June 22, at 8 p.m.

Jost is most known for his six seasons as co-anchor of “Saturday Night Live’s” popular “” segment alongside co-anchor and fellow head writer . He has been a writer for “Saturday Night Live” since 2005, winning four Writers Guild Awards and a Peabody Award for his work on the show. As a stand-up comedian, Jost has appeared on numerous shows and specials, and he hosted the 70th Primetime in 2018.

ABOUT COLIN JOST Colin Jost is a writer and comedian currently serving his sixth season on “Saturday Night Live” as the co-anchor for the “Weekend Update” satirical news segment. He has been a writer for the show since 2005 and is currently one of the show’s head writers. Jost recently hosted the 2018 Emmy Awards alongside “Weekend Update” co-anchor and head writer Michael Che. In addition to his work on “Saturday Night Live,” Jost wrote and starred in the “ Summer,” based on his experience as a lifeguard growing up in .
