Randy was last seen on Sunday, April 21, 2019 between 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm in Shamattawa First Nation area. He was walking on the winter road that leads towards Fort Severn, Ontario. He was last seen wearing an Under Armour hoodie, denim jeans and running shoes. The community has exhausted its resources as they have been relying on local ground search parties since Tuesday, April 23, 2019. The community has also hired Custom Helicopters to provide a visual air search of the area. Chief and Council have called in the provincial search and rescue team and the local RCMP detachment to assist in locating Randy. The neighboring communities of God’s Lake Narrows First Nation and Manto Sipi First Nation have offered their assistance and will be deploying local ground search parties. The family of Randy Redhead and the community is urging anyone with information to come forward on his disappearance. It has been 6 days since he was last seen and the family is worried for his health and safety as weather and environment are factors. Please help us locate Randy Redhead.
