Please register upon entering. Each guest will be given a bid number. This number is your only means of identification; please keep it throughout the evening. 2. A signature or verbal bid during the auction constitutes a legal contract to buy. All sales are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds. In case of dispute, the decision of the Auction Committee is final. 3. Please pay attention to all conditions, restrictions and expiration dates on items and services. Except where noted by the donor, services, tickets, certificate items, etc. must be used within one year of the auction and are subject to mutually agreed upon dates. The Boys and Girls Club assumes no responsibility for travel arrangements. No refunds will be made for cancelled tickets and accommodations. 4. Full payment for your items is due tonight. (Items are not transferable.) Payment may be with cash, check, MasterCard, or Visa only. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There will be no exchange or return on items. 5. Items can be removed only by exhibiting a paid receipt from an auction cashier. All items must be removed from the ATEC Conference Center at the close of the auction. 6. Check-out begins at 10:00 p.m. Please do not check out until you are completely finished bidding for the evening. 7. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the donor to obtain purchased service, merchandise, etc. If you need assistance, please call the Boys and Girls Club office at 764-9694. 8. The purchaser must pay all transfer, license fees and taxes. 9. Reservations for all trips must be mutually arranged with the donor unless otherwise specified. All tickets in travel packages are for coach unless otherwise specified. No refunds will be allowed on travel packages for cancelled tickets and accommodations. Hotel, air fare and lodging are included in packages only when specifically stated. No refunds will be allowed on travel packages if the buyer should have to cancel or miss an expiration date. Most travel requires 60 days advance notice. 10. Boys and Girls Club of the Columbia Basin reserves the right to withdraw any item from sale prior to the call for bids. 11. Should questions or problems arise during the evening, contact the Auction committee members; Rachelle Beresford or Brant Mayo. 12. Boys and Girls Club of the Columbia Basin have endeavored to catalogue and describe the properties correctly. All merchandise is sold “as is” and as represented in the catalog. Use your assigned bid number for all bids. To place your bid on a silent auction item, please print your bid number and name/initials clearly on the bid sheet. 2. Return and rebid on any item until the bidding is officially closed. 3. The first bidder listing their bid number in the “Guaranteed Bid “box owns that item. LIVE AUCTION 1. To place a bid on a live auction item, raise your bid number to the auctioneer. Use the spotter nearest you during the Live Auction so your bid will reach the auctioneer. 2. Successful bidders for the Live Auction must sign a receipt. At that time they should verify that the bid number, amount and item description are correct. 3. Unless otherwise specified all items and services must be used by Sept. of 2015. PLEASE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO EXPIRATION DATES AND RESTRICTIONS ON ALL ITEMS. Be sure to look at gift certificates before and after you purchase them to avoid missing expiration dates.
