That is why Li aims to make sure that patients and doctors learn about new scientific knowledge, like the proven value of exercise in arthritis. “That’s knowledge translation,” she says. Li’s latest research project looks at ways to get creaky joints moving to keep the cartilage, the cushion in our joints, healthy. She says cartilage is like a sponge so, just as you repeatedly squeeze a sponge in clear water to clean it, the only way to flush nutrients through the cartilage is to move the joint.     Candidate’s Statement of Unpaid Claims and Loans 18 or 36 Months after Election Day (EC 20003) – Instructions When to use this form The official agent for a candidate must submit this form to Elections Canada if unpaid amounts recorded in the candidate’s electoral campaign return are still unpaid 18 months or 36 months after election day. The first update must be submitted no later than 19 months after the election date, covering unpaid claims and loans as of 18 months after election day. The second update must be submitted no later than 37 months after election day, covering unpaid claims and loans as of 36 months after election day. Note that when a claim or loan is paid in full, the official agent must submit an amended Candidate’s Electoral Campaign Return (EC 20120) showing the payments and the sources of funds for the payments within 30 days after making the final payment. Tips for completing this form Part 1 ED code, Electoral district: Refer to Annex I for a list of electoral district codes and names. Declaration: The official agent must sign the declaration attesting to the completeness and accuracy of the statement by hand.     ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT CERTIFICATE APPLICATION WesPac Tilbury Marine Jetty Project PUBLIC PUBLIC : 0 . 13 CONSULTATION SECTION SECTION WesPac Tilbury Marine Jetty Project Environmental Assessment Certificate Application Part D – Public Consultation Section 13.0: Public Consultation PUBLIC CONSULTATION 13.1 Background Information Planning and engagement for the WesPac Tilbury Marine Jetty Project (the Project) has been underway since 2014. During this time, WesPac Midstream–Vancouver LLC (WesPac) has been working to raise awareness of the Project, receive feedback from stakeholders and interested parties, and respond to Project-related enquires. The main purpose of the Project’s public consultation program is to give members of the general public (the public), and local governments, residents, property owners, other rights holders and interest groups (collectively described as stakeholders) an opportunity to become informed and provide meaningful input throughout Project development, before, during, and after the Environmental Assessment (EA) process. This includes confirming that the consultation fulfills requirements of the British Columbia Environmental Assessment Office (BCEAO) for the purpose of the provincial EA. This section of the Environmental Assessment Certificate (EAC) Application describes the public consultation activities that have occurred during the pre-Application phase through to Application submission. This section also describes the activities that will be undertaken during the review phase of this Application. Information regarding consultation with Aboriginal groups is presented in Part C, Aboriginal Consultation. Regulatory Framework The BCEAO issued a Section 10 Order to WesPac on May 6, 2015, confirming that the Project requires an EAC, pursuant to Section 10(1)(c) of the BC Environmental Assessment Act (BCEAA; Government of BC 2002), before it may receive provincial permits to construct and operate the Project (BCEAO, 2015d).
