JOB ROLE: Head of &

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Internet Provider as Head of Product Management & Marketing, where you will be responsible for the developing, managing and marketing a portfolio of award winning internet services.

As Head of Product Management and Marketing you will be responsible for the commercial performance of our products which you will achieve by defining the strategy and roadmap for each product, by ensuring products can compete successfully in a highly competitive market and by developing and implement high impact marketing campaigns for direct and indirect across vertical and horizontal market segments.

This is a senior position with broad scope however you must be equally willing to continue to play a hands-on role in managing your department. You will need to work collaboratively with , support and engineering to develop and market our products. You will also act as a key spokesperson for your products internally and externally and will need to be comfortable engaging with customers, partners and internal teams.

As Head of Product Management & Marketing you will be highly visible and will play an important role within Zen Internet’s Team. As such, you will have the opportunity and responsibility to help monitor and shape the performance of the , taking on critical challenges and contributing to the overall strategy and success.

Key Responsibilities

 Take responsibility for the strategic direction, enhancement and financial performance of Zen Internet’s portfolio of products and services  Lead and develop product roadmaps for all products in conjunction with the Senior Team and relevant Product Management Boards  Achieve profitable growth across all product lines at P&L level  Oversee the creation and management of models for each product  Provide hands-on leadership and direction to a team of Product & Marketing professionals (5 direct /14 indirect reports)  Define and develop communications strategy and plan  Measure the success of marketing programs to determine the most effective means of driving sales  Develop high-impact sales tools such as white papers, presentations, case studies, business cases, to help improve sales win rates  Work collaboratively with Sales, Engineering and Operations to ensure effective delivery and support of products and services  Work collaboratively with sales to ensure there is common understanding of business goals and objectives  Develop and manage budgets and resource requirements  Provide strategic input into the company’s  Keep abreast of latest developments within the internet industry

Skills & Experience

 Experience as a senior manager in a service-focused technology business which is driven by quality and customer service  Previous experience leading and developing a product management and marketing function  Previous experience of Internet Services and/or a passion for the Internet and related emerging technologies is essential  Engaging leader who gains buy-in and respect from team/peers  Sound people management skills and experience  Ability to delegate, prioritise and manage a considerable workload  Sound financial and budgetary management and solid commercial acumen  Strong analytical, and problem solving skills, with high attention to detail  Ability to think strategically whilst achieving results in immediate area of responsibility  Excellent communicator able to communicate at all levels and adopt a flexible & consultative approach  The ability to adapt to a changing business and market place  Ability to think creatively and exploit business opportunities
