Cadillac Fairview (CF) plans to redevelop Buttonville Municipal Airport into an employment and high-density mixed-use district containing prestige employment, office, hotel, convention centre, retail, and residential uses that are pedestrian, cycling, and transit- oriented. To this end, CF commissioned Arup to provide services for site development and design, along with transportation planning and engineering, in support of an official plan amendment application. Annika served as project manager and contributed to the site plan and transit infrastructure conceptual designs in both leadership and technical design roles.
