It’s 20 years this December since we opened our doors for the first time as a live entertainment venue. Since that day in 1997 we’ve gone from strength to strength building a reputation as Morecambe’s best live entertainment venue. To celebrate our successes over the past 20 years, we will be hosting a special event presented by The Promenade Concert Orchestra. This 20th Anniversary Concert on Sunday 3 December will feature railway themed tunes, alongside seasonal Christmas melodies. Please come along to celebrate this wonderful venue within our community. It has been an absolute pleasure for our team to have run proceedings here for the last few years, and we hope we have been able to preserve the venue’s traditions, and keep the programme lively and of interest to you. Jacqui McShee’s Pentangle Iconic artist Jacqui McShee’s crystal clear vocals set the standard for British folk and the band Pentangle was legendary on the folk, jazz, rock scene. The original Pentangle expanded the frontiers of Folk in the 1960’s and 70’s. Since then Jacqui McShee’s Pentangle has progressed the original concept and continues to make groundbreaking music.
