Der Hauptprotagonist der Serie ist ein Superheld, der nach seiner Er- blindung, über überdurchschnittlich gute kämpferische Fähigkeiten, geschärfte Sinne, übermensch- liche Balance und einen Radarsinn verfügt. Weiterhin wird erläutert, inwiefern sich die Inszenierung und Darstellungsweise Daredevils von denen anderer Menschen mit Blindheit in den Medien unter- scheidet. Mit Hilfe von zwei Fokusgruppen, die mit Studentinnen des Faches Sonderpädagogik und Studenten der Fächer Informatik, Maschinenbau und Bauingenieurwesen geführt wurden, wurden die Meinungen und Sichtweisen beider Gruppen erforscht. Die daraus resultierten Ergebnisse und die Diskussion dieser werden vorgestellt. Letztlich werden die Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede der beiden Personenkreise aufgezeigt. A few months later, Matt received training from the ninja master Stick. Westerholz, Ingrid Año: 2019 Fundación Universidad Argentina de la Empresa Facultad de Comunicación 1 Introducción – Abstract En el presente trabajo se analizan las características de la personalidad en las series de televisión de Netflix Bodyguard, Daredevil y The Defenders a partir de teorías psicológicas, de la narrativa audiovisual y del campo del análisis del discurso, con el objetivo de reconstruir el camino realizado por los héroes David Budd y Matt Murdock e identificar los aspectos comunicacionales propios de un héroe hacia los espectadores, en el contexto de una modernidad atravesada por el crecimiento masivo del streaming de contenido audiovisual. La estructura del análisis comprende por un lado el camino recorrido por el héroe en términos del mitólogo Joseph Campbell teniendo en cuenta el desarrollo de la teoría del arquetipo del héroe según Carl Gustav Jung, y por otro los conceptos de ethos retórico de Dominique Maingueneau y teorías provenientes de la narrativa audiovisual para dar cuenta de las características de los héroes que se transmiten a través de la pantalla en la modernidad. En ese sentido, este análisis trabaja sobre la totalidad de las series mencionadas anteriormente, elegidas por tratarse de producciones audiovisuales recientes y por la posibilidad de acceso masivo a través de la plataforma Netflix. A partir de los conceptos audiovisuales de toma, escena, guion, iluminación e interpretación, además del análisis del ethos retórico de los héroes, se observan las virtudes del altruismo y la protección de los seres queridos en tanto que se percibe como una de las principales características de los héroes la incapacidad para pedir ayuda ante los problemas y la necesidad de amigos y familia para atravesar las dificultades. -
