La Société a généré des résultats solides, avec une croissance organique des loyers facturés de + 3,7 % et un résultat des opérations (FFO) en progression de + 4,5 %, hors impact du coût de portage lié au refi nancement anticipé de la souche obligataire de 480 millions d’euros arrivant à maturité en mars 2019. Ces résultats sont très supérieurs aux objectifs que s’était fi xée Mercialys pour 2018 et refl ètent la pertinence de sa stratégie et la qualité de son exécution. Le Conseil d’administration proposera d’ailleurs à l’Assemblée générale du 25 avril 2019 le versement d’un dividende de 1,12 euro par action (incluant l’acompte sur dividende de 0,50 euro par action déjà versé en octobre 2018), en hausse de + 2,8 % par rapport à 2017 et off rant un rendement de 5,3 % sur l’ANR triple net EPRA(1) de 21,14 euros par action à fi n 2018 et de 9,4 % sur le cours de clôture annuel.

Bic scored A also in 2013, of the market capitalization KPN was graded A in 2011, 2012 and 2013 and in the region. Renault was part of the leaders in 2014. AkzoNobel, Bouygues, DSM, EDF, ENGIE, Group PSA, ICADE, Klépierre, Michelin, SUEZ and VEOLIA , are joining the list for the first time this year. Integrating climate change into business strategy is becoming main stream but targets lack ambition. 131 out of 141 companies have included climate change into their business strategy. 114 of them set specific targets and initiatives to reduce their climate impact. 2020 is the most common target year, while leaders distinguish themselves by setting long term targets, as far as 2050 and beyond. 53% of the companies managed to decrease their emissions in 2016. For 115 companies that responded also last year the emissions decreased from 723 Mt CO2e to 712 Mt CO2e meaning a 2% decrease of total emissions.
