(hereafter FrieslandCampina) during 2011. The financial statements have been prepared as at 31 December 2011. The figures for 2011 and the comparative figures for 2010 have been prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards to the extent they have been endorsed by the European Union (EU-IFRS).
