https://necavsummit.com Getting to the NECAV Summit The 2019 Northeast Connected and Automated Vehicle Summit (NECAV Summit) will be held at the Hilton Hartford Hotel in downtown Hartford on Wednesday June 12 and Thursday June 13, 2019. The address for the Hilton Hartford hotel is 315 Trumbull Street, Hartford, CT 06103. Situated in the heart of the city’s business and dining district, the Hilton Hartford hotel is within walking distance of several downtown establishments and destinations and is accessible by several modes of transportation. Getting to the Hilton Hartford Hotel: By Automobile – The hotel is accessible via I-84 from points east and west of Hartford, and is accessible via I-91 from points north and south of Hartford. See below for specific driving directions. Parking is available on-site. I-84 Eastbound - Take exit 49 (Ann & High Street), go straight to the third light (Trumbull Street), make a right onto Trumbull Street and the hotel is on the right. I-84 Westbound - Take exit 50 (Main Street), go straight to the 3rd light (Trumbull Street), make left onto Trumbull Street and the hotel will be on the right side, one block down. I-91 North/South - Take exit 32b (Trumbull Street), continue straight through the light at the end of the exit. Go straight up the hill and the hotel will be on the right. Parking On-Site - Go past the hotel to the first light (Church Street), turn right onto Church Street and go about 1/2 block down. Entrance to the parking garage will be on the right hand side. By Airplane - Bradley International Airport (BDL) is the closest airport, with flights to and from major North American and European markets. BDL is located approximately 20 minutes from the Hilton Hartford hotel by highway. The Hilton Hartford hotel does not provide an airport shuttle, however there is regular and reliable Uber, Lyft, Taxi and bus service between BDL airport and downtown Hartford. By Rail or Bus - Hartford Union Station in downtown Hartford is the station to get to and from the summit by either rail or bus. The Hilton Hartford Hotel is approximately a 7 - 8 minute walk through downtown Hartford from Hartford Union Station. Amtrak provides regular, daily inter-city rail service to and from Hartford from several points throughout the Northeast Corridor. Hartford Line provides regular, daily commuter rail service to Hartford between New Haven, CT and Springfield, MA. Both Amtrak and Hartford Line connections can be made in New Haven via Metro-North Railroad, Shore Line East or other Amtrak/Acela lines. Greyhound Bus and Peter Pan Bus Lines also provide regular, daily, inter-city bus service to Hartford from several points throughout the Northeast Corridor..
