Zoombinis Mountain Rescue Ages 8 and up The Learning Company (Riverdeep), 2001 http://www.childrenssoftwareonline.com When a band of wacky creatures called Zoombinis is trapped in a mountain, they need your help. Using math and logic skills, explore puzzle-packed tunnels to rescue them.

Digital Portal (Demonstration Counter) Staff and volunteers, at the Info Bytes counter, lead activities based on computer science, robots and communications. Some of the activities involve websites and programs that can be accessed for free. The following is a list of those sites.

It consists of a collection of cells which, based on a few mathematical rules, can live, die or multiply. This is analogous with the rise, fall and alternations of a society of living organisms.
