During the summer of 2017 we ventured to the classic wine regions of Umbria, Toscana, and Piemonte. In Umbria, we discovered the charm of Orvieto and the uniqueness of Montefalco and Torgiano. While in Toscana, we soaked in the history of the epic wines of Chianti and Montalcino. We ended our journey in majestic Piemonte; first with a visit to Canelli for sparkling wine, then venturing into the heart of Barolo and Barbaresco.
