Why are we organizing this project?
Scoren in de wijk - Solidariteit in de 24 praktijk ➢ Objective • Support families to a positive future
➢ Target group • Vulnerable families with multiple problems Enschede
➢ Based on the vision of ‘Positive Health’ (Institute for Positive Health, 2020) • 6-dimensional elaboration with a broader view of health. • With this broader approach, we contribute abilities of vulnerable families to deal with the physical, emotional and social challenges in life. • And to be self-directed as much as possible

• Neighborhood oriented family project • 18 weeks • Customization per group and individuals • Two sessions each week 1. Morning: Parents, Sport, Customized program. 2. Afternoon: Family time after school. Sport, Culture and Recreation activities. Team Ambassadors Sport with the whole family Cooking for your parents Just having fun together!
