Republican U.S. Senate can- didate Richard C. Bozzuto, Watertown, released a list of an additional 50 delegates who are supporting his campaign to win the GOP nomination. The 32nd District state senate representative now has 280 delegates necessary to capture the nomination at the July 26 con- vention. The latest list of supporters in- clude the entire delegations of Seymour, Coventry, Cromwell, Bast Hampton and Middletown. Also Included on the list are four members of State Central who join 17 others who previously en- dorsed Mr, Bozzuto. The 50 delegates represent 12 communities joining 230 delegates from 74 Connecticut cities and towns who already an- nounced their support of the Senate Republican Leader, Mr. Bozzuto said he is "ex- tremely confident" he will win the Republican nomination, "It is quite obvious that the delegates understand that there is a difference between myself and my Republican opponent.
