REPUBLIQUE ALGERIENNE DEMOCRATIQUE ET POPULAIRE MINISTERE DE L’ENERGIE ET DES MINES AGENCE NATIONALE DU PATRIMOINE MINIER AVIS D’APPEL D’OFFRES NATIONAL ET INTERNATIONAL N° 02/2009 En application de la loi n°01/10 du 11 Rabie Ethani 1422 correspondant au 03 juillet 2001 portant loi minière, l’Agence Nationale du Patrimoine Minier lance un avis d’appel aux investisseurs aux fins d’attribution par adjudication de titres miniers d’exploitation ou d’exploration, pour les gîtes de substances minérales figurant en annexe ci – jointe. Les substances proposées sont : Pour les titres d’exploitation : Agrégats, Argile, Tuf, Sable. Pour les titres d’exploration : Agrégats, Marbre et Pierres décoratives, Dolomie, Argile, Gypse, Sel, Tuf, Sables concassés, Sable et Grés quartzeux et fer. A cet effet, l’Agence Nationale du Patrimoine Minier, organise, une exposition permanente qui aura lieu du 13 Juin 2009 au 13 Juillet 2009, au siège du Ministère sis, Val d’Hydra, Alger. Les investisseurs intéressés pourront, durant ces journées, après inscription sur un registre ouvert à cet effet, procéder, moyennant la somme de 10 000,00 DA pour chaque gîte sollicité, au retrait : - d’un cahier des charges fixant les clauses et conditions applicables à la mise en adjudication de titres miniers d’exploration ou d’exploitation minière. La date de clôture de la vente de ces documents est fixée au 13 Juillet 2009. Le dépôt des soumissions est fixé à la date du 14 Juillet 2009 de 8 h 00 à 10 h 00 suivi de l’ouverture publique des plis, à la salle de conférences du Ministère de l’Energie et des Mines sis, Val d’Hydra, Alger. Received 27 April, 2014; Accepted 13 November, 2014 The botanical and edaphic inventory investigations of the spontaneous flora distribution in the regions of Ouargla and Ghardaïa revealed the presence of 56 taxa of which 32 were ephemeral and 24 vivacious. The sweeping operation of 6 stations over these two regions showed an abundant richness estimated to 39 species localized mainly in the beds of Wadis and distributed as follows: Reg (19), Sebkha (7), Erg (6) and Hamada (5). The average richness of species was about 4, 83 in the beds of Wadis and 0, 83 in Hamadas. The abundance and dominance of plants varied within the same species from one station to another. In fact, severe climato-edaphic conditions gave rise to isolated life. For example, Chamephytes dominate in dry and moderately humid environments as in the Reg of Hassi Ben Abdellah and Wadi N’sa.

These are the lake of Hassi Ben Abdallah, Sebkhat Sefioune lake, Chott Ain El Beida and thepalm grove of the ksar (oasis). For a systematic inventory of species, different techniques are used. This inventory reveals a dipteran fauna that is rich in 106 species divided into 43 families.The family Ephydridae is indeed the best represented, with 14 species (47.6%). It is followed by the Dolichopodidae with 14 species (13.9%) with the dominance of the species Asyndetusappendiculatus (10.1%). In the lake of Hassi Ben Abdallah, 81 species of Diptera are inventoried, they are distributed among 35 families. In Sebkhat Sefioune and during the 12 months, 60 species were inventoried, distributed in 30 families.
