The meeting opened at 12.30 pm.

1. First Minister’s Questions: Questions were answered by the First Minister ().

2. Portfolio Questions: Questions on Education and Skills and then on Health and Sport and then on Communities and Local Government were answered by Cabinet Secretaries and Ministers.

3. Ministerial Statement: The Cabinet Secretary for Rural Economy and Tourism () made a statement and answered questions on Implications of the Administration of Greensill Capital UK for Businesses in .

4. Dogs (Protection of Livestock) (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill – Stage 3: The Bill was considered at Stage 3.

The following amendments were agreed to (without division): 1, 2, 3 and 4.

The Presiding Officer determined, under Rule 9.8.5BA, that, in his view, no provision of the Dogs (Protection of Livestock) (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill related to a protected subject-matter.

5. Dogs (Protection of Livestock) (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill: moved S5M-24270—That the Parliament agrees that the Dogs (Protection of Livestock) (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill be passed.

After debate, the motion was agreed to (by division: For 120, Against 0, Abstentions 0).

6. Motion of Thanks: The First Minister (Nicola Sturgeon) moved S5M-24442— That the Parliament expresses its thanks to its Presiding Officer, , for his service to the Parliament and pays tribute to all of those Members who are standing down at the end of this session.

After debate, the motion was agreed to (DT).

7. Decision Time: The Parliament took a decision on item 6 as noted above.
