McIntyre, Director, Educational Center fpr Earth Observation Systems, West Chester University, West Chester, Pennsylvania; and (3) Eva Rousseau, Principal, Dunbar Senior High School, Washington, D.C., and two of her students, John Haskins, Jr., and Nadir Al-Salam.
