Britannia makes a truly impressive venue for an

evening’s entertainment. Welcomed into the State

Drawing Room, you gather with your fellow guests

for a glass or two of chilled champagne and a

selection of irresistible canapés. You are then invited

into the State Dining Room, where world leaders

and celebrities were entertained, from Frank

Sinatra and Ursula Andress to Presidents

Mandela and Clinton.

A Royal experience

Traditionally used by the Royal Family for cocktail parties and deck games, the Royal Deck is now a contemporary space with floor to ceiling glass windows. With spectacular

views across the Forth, it is perfect for everything

from product launches, to dinners and dancing.

The Officers’ Wardroom

The Wardroom is where Britannia’s Officers once dined

and is now the perfect setting for private dining and smaller,

more intimate occasions. Today 8-18 guests can experience a

feast for the senses with a bespoke six-course tasting menu.

When in service, a Wardroom dinner was a grand affair as

Officers dressed in their ‘Red Sea Rig’ comprising a white shirt,

black trousers, patent leather shoes and cummerbund. For the event of a lifetime
