We were joined by a con- tingent of fellow cruisers from other chapters of the Illinois Region of the AACA. As always, we were guided by an excellently written itinerary by the one and only Chris Schurrer that included Andy Voss, Jordon Beller, and Ruben Taylor in- such noteworthy directions as "turn right at the spect the wooden interior and floorboards of a bent street sign". 1929 Model A Highlights of the trip were motoring down part of old Route 66, and stopping to view the Jordan Beller Museum in Romeoville, Mr. Beller is one of the leading experts on 1920 and 1930 era Ford cars and trucks. He talked with great ex- pertise and passion about his extensive collection of acquired vintage vehicles. He also has an out- standing library of Ford-related literature and manuals as well as a large workshop filled with tools, machinery, and an enormous collection of spare parts. This museum is a definite "must see" for any serious classic car buff.
