TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. BASIC TERMS

1. Organiser MEASAT BROADCAST NETWORK SYSTEMS SDN BHD [Company No. 199201008561 (240064-A)]

2. Name of Contest Ceria Ultraman Giveaway “Selfie dan Menang”

3. Br ief Description of Contest/ This giveaway is held in conjunction with Ultraman Orb the Movie, Programme Ultraman Geed the Movie, Ultraman R/B the Movie, Ultra Galaxy Fight: New Generation Chronicles and Ultraman Taiga Episode 1 (“Programmes”) launch on Astro Ceria 4. Brief mechanism of Contest a) This giveaway runs from 20th November 2020 to 16th December 2020 b) Participants are required to watch Ultraman Orb the Movie, Ultraman Geed the Movie, Ultraman R/B the Movie, Ultra Galaxy Fight: New Generation Chronicles on Astro Ceria on 20th November 2020, 27th November 2020, 4th December 2020, 11th December 2020 respectively from 2:00PM to 3:30PM and Ultraman Taiga Episode 1 on 14th December 2020 from 4:00PM to 4:30PM c) Participants need to take a selfie of themselves watching the Programmes in a creative pose and upload at least one (1) photo to their Instagram account by tagging @AstroCeria and a custom #CeriaUltramanGiveaway hashtag (“Photograph Requirement”) d) In the caption post, comment why you are the biggest Ultraman fan. e) 2 most creative entries that conform with the Photograph Requirement will be selected for each contest block f) Each winner will receive one set of exclusive merchandise items as listed in Item 16 below. g) Winners will be announced on 26th November 2020, 3rd December 2020, 10th December 2020, 17th December 2020 and 24th December 2020 on Astro Ceria Instagram by tagging each winner’s Instagram handle.

The Participants must adhere to the mechanism of the Contest as may be notified or communicated by the Organiser during the Contest Period.

5. Eligibility Criteria Subject to other criteria set out below and in the Contest Standard Terms

- 1 - and Conditions, the Giveaway is open to all Malaysian citizens of the Age of Eligibility below.

6. Ineligib ility Employees of the Measat Broadcast Network Systems Sdn Bhd, Astro Entertainment Sdn Bhd, Astro Production Sdn Bhd, Digital Five Sdn Bhd and Astro All Asia Network plc and their *immediate family members

*immediate family members mean spouse, children, parents, brothers and sisters

7. Age of Eligibility Participants under the age of 18 years old as of 1st January 2020 must obtain the consent of his/her parent or legal guardian in order to be eligible to participate in the Contest and to receive the Prize. The Organiser considers it the responsibility of parents and/or guardian to monitor their children’s participation in this Contest.

8. Charges The Organiser does not charge for entries submitted by the Participants. All costs incurred for the Giveaway including without limitation to, preparation and submission of entries shall be at the Participant’s own expense. 9. Contest Period The Contest shall be held from 20th November 2020 to 16th December 2020 and will close at 11:59PM or such other time that the Organiser shall decide from time to time.

The Organiser reserves the right to vary, postpone or re-schedule the Contest Period or any dates thereof at its sole discretion.

10. Language of Contest The Contest will be organized by the Organiser in Bahasa Malaysia.

11. Entry Procedure a) Read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice which are made available on www.astroceria.com.my b) Watch Ultraman Orb the Movie, Ultraman Geed the Movie, Ultraman R/B the Movie, Ultra Galaxy Fight: New Generation Chronicles which airs on Astro Ceria on 20th November 2020, 27th November 2020, 4th December 2020, 11th December 2020 respectively from 2:00PM to 3:30PM and Ultraman Taiga Episode 1 on 14th December 2020 from 4:00PM to 4:30PM c) Participants need to take a selfie of themselves watching the Programmes in a creative pose and upload at least one (1) photo to their Instagram account by tagging @AstroCeria and a custom #CeriaUltramanGiveaway hashtag (“Photograph Requirement”) d) In the caption post, comment why you are the biggest Ultraman fan.

The Organiser shall be entitled to request to sight the original Identity Card or the originals of other supporting documents/materials for verification purposes.

12. Entry Deadline The Contest Block during the Contest Period shall be as follows or such

The Organiser reserves the right to vary, postpone or re-schedule the Contest Period or any dates thereof at its sole discretion.

Entries received before the commencement of the Contest Period and after the stipulated Entry Deadline will be disqualified and ineligible for consideration for prizes.

Selection of Winners a) 2 most creative entries from each Content Block which conforms with the Requirements and the Terms and Conditions, will be selected b) The Organiser shall be entitled to determine the Winners following any other sequence of entry at its sole discretion. c) The Organiser’s decision will be final and no queries and/or appeals will be entertained. 16. Prize Prize x 2 winners each week

Each winner will receive only one Ultraman S.H Figurarts and one Ultra Heroes coaster.

The Organiser reserves the right to vary or amend the Prizes at its sole discretion

17. Notification of winners a) The winners will be announced by the Organiser on Astro Ceria Instagram on 26th November 2020, 3rd December 2020, 10th December 2020, 17th December 2020 and 24th December 2020 respectively by tagging each winner’s Instagram account handle. b) The Organiser shall contact the winner’s via the winner’s Instagram account to obtain details of their shipping address. c) All winners are required to provide the details for prizes delivery within one week prior the winners’ announcement on 26th November 2020, 3rd December 2020, 10th December 2020, 17th December 2020 and 24th December 2020 respectively. Failure to provide the details within one week period will cause the winner to be disqualified.

18. Collection Period Within one (1) month of Notification of Winners. Prizes not collected within the stipulated period will be forfeited.

19. Collection Venue Prizes will be posted via mail to the address that the Winners provided.

Note:- Winners may be required to collect the Prizes in person at such location as may be notified by the Organiser.

20. Additional Terms, if any a) Eligible Participants may submit multiple entries for the Giveaway. However (and subject to (b) below), each eligible Participant is only entitled to one (1) Prize throughout the Giveaway Period. Any subsequent Prize even if so announced shall be null and void. b) Participants will not be eligible to receive the Prize in this Giveaway if he/she has won/receive any form of Prize(s) in any other Contest/Giveaway held by the Organiser in the past two (2) months from the date when the winners’ names of this Giveaway are announced. c) The Organiser reserve the right to disqualify winners from the Giveaway and any Prizes will be forfeited if the winner(s) fails to provide the Organiser with his/her shipping address as requested under Item 17. d) The Organiser shall not in any way be responsible or liable for any problem, loss and/or damage suffered by any of the winners due to any delay and/or failure in the Participants receiving/redeeming the Prizes.

The Basic Terms and the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions (collectively “Terms and Conditions”) shall be binding on all contestants who participate in this Contest (“Contestants”). The definitions in the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply unless otherwise expressly stated in the Basic Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the Basic Contest Terms and the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions, the Basic Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

Entry and participation in the Contest shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by the Contestants of the Terms and Conditions.
