(NASDAQ:NDAQ) announced today the result of the semi-annual review of the OMX Helsinki 25 Index (NASDAQ OMX Helsinki: OMXH25). Talvivaara Mining Company Plc (TLV1V) will become a component of the OMXH25 Index prior to market open on Monday, August 1, 2011. Talvivaara Mining Company Plc will replace Tieto Oyj (TIE1V). Talvivaara Mining is headquartered in Espoo, Finland, and has a market capitalization of approximately EUR 1.1 billion and was listed on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki in 2009. Adjusted for changes in the Group structure, Sanoma’s net sales decreased by 3.0%. Operating profit excluding non-recurring items was EUR -8.9 million (2014: -5.6). Non-recurring items included in the operating profit amounted to EUR -123.0 million (2014: -103.5), mainly related to impairment of goodwill and intangible assets and restructuring expenses. ("NASDAQ") (Nasdaq:NDAQ) announced today the results of the semi-annual review of the OMX Helsinki 25 index (NASDAQ OMX Helsinki: OMXH25), which will become effective with the market open on Monday, February 1, 2010. As a result of the review Kemira Oyj will replace Talvivaara Mining Company Plc in the OMXH25 index. The OMX Helsinki 25 index is the leading equity index for the Finnish market including the 25 most traded Blue chip companies on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki. The combination of limited number of constituents and liquidity screening provides the investors with an attractive tool for Finnish exposure. The semi-annual review is effective the first trading day in February and August. The index has been calculated since 1988 and has a base value of 500.
