The Congress team has put together an exciting social programme to compliment the educational programme assembled by the Education Committee. For the adventurous (partners only), or those who are curious about , don’t miss the optional, overnight temple stay Saturday evening!

As always, delegates and their partners will have separate programmes during the 2 ½ days of original presentations that are the hallmark of ISCLS. David Egar (Mindy Toabe’s husband) will look after everyone on the social tours. I will head up the lecture hall requirements and, of course, Lorie, our Education Chairman, and Damon, our President, will manage the lectures!

The incomplete tunnel is 1,635 meters (1.0 mile). It runs through bedrock at a depth of about 73 m (240 ft) below ground. It was designed for a surprise attack on Seoul from North Korea, and could accommodate 30,000 men per hour along with light weaponry. Upon discovery of the third tunnel, the UN accused North Korea of threatening the 1953 Korean Armistice Agreement signed at the end of the . Its description as a "tunnel of aggression" was given by South Korea, who considered it an act of aggression on the part of North Korea ● DMZ Theater and Exhibition Hall.
