Joint-Campus Registration is open to graduate students regularly enrolled at Oregon State University. This form must be filed in the Registrar’s Office by the last day to add courses for the term. Joint-campus registration is not available summer term.

Instructions for Joint-Campus Registration (OSU Registrar’s Office fax# 541-737-8123)
The student registers for OSU courses at the regular time.
The student contacts the department and instructor at the Joint-Campus university, to confirm availability of space in the appropriate course(s). Please note, courses must be regular courses. Continuing Education coursework does not qualify for the Joint-Campus Program.
During the OSU registration and course-adding period, the student completes the OSU Joint-Campus Registration Form with the following information for each course at the Joint-Campus university: Course Department/School and Course Number Course Title Grading Basis for the Course* Course Credits Course Department/School Chairperson’s signature Course Instructor Signature, Printed Name, University ID# and Email Address.
The student files the completed form with the OSU Registrar's Office by the last day to add courses for the term.
From this point on, administrative details will be taken care of by the OSU Registrar’s Office. All of the Joint- Campus courses will be transcripted on the OSU record and all tuition and fees will be paid at OSU.
Oregon State University’s academic regulations (OSU Catalog: http://catalog.oregonstate.edu/) govern the student’s enrollment in Joint-Campus courses.
* Grading Options: A–F means graded on an A–F basis S/U means Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory—the student’s option. The course is normally graded on an A–F basis.
Normally not an option for Graduate students: P/N means the course is set up to be taught only on a P/N basis. It cannot be graded either A–F or S/U.
