Get Connected to Tufts OnLine!

Residential Computer Consultants (RCCs) are our staff of students trained to help other students get connected to the network. They can help you with your connection, network software, ethernet card and registration pro- cess. (They do not provide assistance with application software, such as word processing or spreadsheets.) Tufts OnLine “SWAT Nights” have become an important part of campus activities during the start of school. For the first two weeks of the semester, the entire staff of RCCs is scheduled to assist students in particular dorms all evening long, so that all students have access to help early in the semester.
