Color Copier Machines

We have had a significant increase in the quarterly charge for color printing. In 2014 we saw a surcharge of $3,000 and $2,300 for the first and second quarters respectively. We are educating departments on this cost increase and encouraging color copies only when necessary.

Travel Just a reminder that the business services department web page has a lot of information that you may find helpful regarding travel, cell phone allowances, purchasing, visitor parking permits, instructions on viewing endowment funds, service-center contacts, etc. There is also a Power Point presentation available that takes you through the steps/processes of travel which may be helpful especially if you are new to the university.
