CALL FOR QUOTATION FOR LOCAL PURCHASE OF OIL, LUBS & GREASES (OPEN GEAR OIL 120 (SERVO COAT 120), BALMEROL RG COMPOUND, 75W90 SYNTHETIC, CUT WELL OIL, ATF 220, MT 16-P, OIL 15W50, SHELL TURBO 27, COOLANT GOLDEN CRUISER 1400, SERVO 68)

1. Online quotations are invited for the supply of following Oil, Lubs and Greases by Officer Commanding FOL Depot ASC Kirkee as per specifications:-

2. The quotation will be tendered in e-bid format on central govt e-procurement portal www.eprocure.gov.in and the originals duly superscripted in sealed cover in the tender box kept outside the office of Officer Commanding, FOL Depot ASC Kirkee, Behind Khadki Railway Station, Khadki Aundh Road, Pune-411020 (MH) by 07 Aug 2015 at 0900hrs . This NIT will be quoted as reference while submitting your quotations. Bids to be submitted in two covers in the CPP Portal / E-Procurement. In cover 1 submit Technical documents that is DGQA Registered Certificate, authorised vendor certificate, scanned copy of EMD, any other relevant document. Only vendors accepted in cover one will be allowed to participating commercial bidding. The commercial bid to be submitted in the cover 2.

3. Your rate per Ltr/Kg/Nos should include all local tax, transportation, loading/unloading, if any and other incidental charges for delivery of suppliers at FOL Depot ASC Kirkee. The rates quotes must be valid for 30 days from the dt of opening of bids.

4. The e-bids will be opened by the Station Board of Officers online at 1200hrs on 07 Aug 2015 in the presence of participating tenderer, if they desire to attend.

5. General condition of supplies are as under :-

(a) The supplies must confirm to specification as quoted above including packaging.

(b) The quotations should be valid for a month.

(v) Seller would be required to provide DGQA Registered certificate / NABL Certificate for Open Gear Oil 120 (Servo Coat 120), Balmerol RG Compound, 75W90 Synthetic, Cut Well Oil, ATF 220, MT 16-P, Oil 15W50, Shell Turbo 27, Coolant Golden Cruiser 1400, Servo 68 . The item should be of the latest manufacture, conforming to the current production standard and having 100% defined life at the time of delivery.

(vi) Self certification of only those firms will be accepted who are either ISO certified or certified by any other national bench marking institutions.

(d) Firm demand/quantity will be intimated within 14 days after tender through supply order. The delivery will be made within 72 hrs from the time of placing supply order.

(e) No compensation will be applicable if demand is changed (increased/decreased) at any moment till supply order is placed.

(f) Article approved will be subject to inspection by Officer Commanding, FOL Depot ASC Kirkee or his representative before final acceptance.

(g) Quantity rejected during inspection before acceptance will be removed by the supplier immediately at his own expense.

(h) Decision of the Officer Commanding, FOL Depot ASC Kirkee will be final in all matters concerned with the issue.

(j) Rates quoted may be accepted or rejected by the Officer Commanding, FOL Depot ASC Kirkee without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

8. The Officer Commanding, FOL Depot ASC Kirkee reserves the right to send random sample as per his discretion to SQAE (GS) Mumbai/ CQA (PP) Kanpur in case of sample failing the test, the firm shall be debarred from taking part in future tenders and face legal action as applicable. The firm shall lift rejected stocks at its own expense within 30 days of receipt of intimation regarding the same failing with the stock shall be destroyed.

9. If a firm fails to deliver goods in time after placing of Supply Order, it will be debarred from participating in future tenders in future and face legal action as applicable.
