Regina Wachenheim, current participant of the 2020 EXCEL program, has accepted a new role as Director, Corporate Quality / Operations Excellence at Integra LifeSciences. Regina will focus on institutionalizing best practices for NC and CAPA, managing global quality metrics, and launching the first Global Quality Operations Excellence program.

Caroline DeMarco, VP, Coaching and Selling Excellence at GSK, has accepted a new role in the Future Ready Office as Global Implementation and Change Lead. The Future Ready Office is responsible for ensuring that GSK launches two world-class companies, a new consumer healthcare company and a new GSK biopharma company.
