These towels are pretreated with cleaning and sanitizing chemicals, for use in restaurants and other food service establishments. When activated by water they clean and sanitize vinyl, tile, stainless steel, glass and other hard surfaces, such as COUDters, dining table tops, and shelves in customer service areas. Towels should be immersed in water and squeezed several times to activate the special cleaning and sa:litizing solution to kill and control bacteria on clean or precleaned surfaces. Dampened towels must be stored in cleaning and sanitizing solution between uses.

VIVA PLUS Bathroom Disinfectant Cloths is a phosphate free formulation designed to provide effective cleaning, deodorizing, sanithation and disinfection specifically for homes, schools, nursing homes, food service establishments and other institutions, where housekeepil'g is of prime imponance in ;ontrolling the hazards of cross contamination.

VIVA PLUS Bathroom Dif ....ectant Cloths, when used as directed, are formulated to disinfect inanimate hard surfaces such as walls, floors, sink tops, outer surfaces of toilet bowls, tables, chairs and telephones. This product is designed to provide general cleaning, disinfecting and sanitization.

VIVA PLUS Bathroom Disinfectant Cloths deodorize those areas which generally are hard to keep fresh smelling such as around toilet bowls, garbage storage areas and other areas wh ich are prone to odors caused by microorganisms.

In addition, VIVA PLUS Bathroom Disinfectant Cloths cleans and sanitizes vinyl, tile, stainless steel, glolSs and other hard non food contact surfaces such as counters, dining table tops and shelves.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE;

It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Prior to use of this product, remove any gross filth or heavy soil.

Thoroughly saturate a VIVA PLUS cloth with water and squeeze to activate the special cleaning and disinfecting formulate that lets you kill household germs every time you clean-up. Allow cleaned surface to air dry for maximum disinfection. To disinfect heavily soiled surfaces, repeat the process with a fresh cloth.

TO CLEAN AND DISINFECT TOILET SURFACES: Use a saturated VIVA PLUS cloth to wipe the lid, seat, rim, sides of bowl and the surrounding floor areas and dispose of the used cloth in trash container.

TO CLEAN AND DISINFECT OTHER BATHROOM SURFACES: Use a saturated VIVA PLUS cloth according to the above directions. Wipe surface to be cleaned thoroughly and dispose of the used cloth in trash container.

To Clean And Sanitize Vinyl. Tile. Stainless Steel. Chrome. Glass and Other Non-porous Hard Surfaces: Immerse cleaning and sanitizing towels in water in accordance with the following use dilution chart:

Squeeze towels several time to activate the cleaning anO sanitizing solution. To clean and sanitize heavily soiled surfaces, visible food particles and other gross debris should be thoroughly removed before using the cleaning and sanitizing towels. Use a wet or dampened towel to clean and sanitize precleaned surfaces. Allow surfaces to air dry. Store towels in the cleaning and sanitizing solution between uses.

The cleaning and sanitizing solution shol!!J be discarded after 8 hours of use, or sooner if visibly soiled. Used towels should be discarded. or rinsed :o.r.j iaundered thoroughly bt::fore use for general cleaning.

To reactivate the system, rin:e container with water and repeat the process with a fresh cleaning and sanitizing towel and water as directed above.

GENERAL DISINFECTANT" DECONTAMINATION

This product can be used as a decontamination wipe on (I) critical surfaces which must be sterilized, (2) semi-critical surfaces which must at least undergo high levels of disinfection, and (3) non-critical surfaces including medical equipment surfaces which should undergo intermediate or low level disinfection.

"This product is not to be used as a terminal sterilantlhigh level disinfectant on any surface or instrument that (I) is introduced directly into the human body, either into or in contact with the bloodstream or normally sterile areas of the body, or (2) contacts intact mucous membranes but which does not ordinarily penetrate the blood barrier or otherwise enter normally sterile areas of the body. This product may be used to preclean or decontaminate critical or semi-critical medical devices prior to sterilization or high level disinfection.·

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS;

Hazards to humans and domestic animals. May cause eye irritation. Avoid contact with eyes. If there is contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water. C3I1 physician if irritation persists. Do not ingest.

STORAGE AND DIspoSAL:

Store in dry environment. Dispose of used towels and packaging in solid waste trash container.
