Arrival/ Departure Please arrive until 18 o’clock on 8 August 2014 in Iasi.

To reach Iasi, if you don’t have a direct flight, there are two options from Bucharest. 1. Bus- aprox price 80 lei (17EUR), travel time aprox 7h From Henry Conda Airport (Otopeni) there are direct busses to Iasi from Teisa company at 8:00, 14:35 and 01:00 contact number +40 748 185 315 Massaro company at 01.30, 05.50, 10.30, 16.50, 21.30 contact number +4 0232 225 500 2. Train- price 72 lei (15 EUR), travel time 7h You need to take the Express Bus from the Airport to Gara de Nord. Express Bus 780 price ticket is 3.5lei (0.75 EUR). You have the tame table as separate attachement.

From train station you have direct trains to Iasi from 05:45; 12:00; 16:00; 19:35; 23:00 You can buy the ticket online from www.infofer.ro or when you arrive from the train station, is the same price.

Departure will be on 15 August 2014, after 10:00. If there you need to leave earlier/ later let us know before the course so we can arrange something for you.

If there are LESS participants from your country let us know so we can invite more from the other partners If there are MORE participants from your country let us know so we can verify if there are less participant from other partners or they can join us, but they have to support them selfs the costs of the course (180 € / person for accommodation + the flight ticket)

Payback of travel costs You have to advance the money for your tickets on your own first. Bring your bill and a copy of the ticket with you to us, so we can take care of the payback. The money will be reimbursed after the ending of the course directly to your national organization (the leader will be responsible to let you know when the transfer will be made).

Travel grant per participant (for the entire trip, including the local transport from airport to course and back).

Furthermore We want to start with a little presentation from each country. Arrange a short contribution (about 10 minutes), like a current or a traditional song/dance etc. We will prepare an international night all together. All participants shall bring something tradition from you country- sweets, drinks, food. All participants will have time present their own youth association to the others. So remember to take merchandise stuff and other information material from your association with you. Each evening there will be a short spiritual impulse of 5-10 minutes, each night. Each impulse shall be prepared by the different participating countries, so bring some music, poems, stories, or other things you might need therefore.

Day 5. Learning about cooperation Cooperation games- each country will need to prepare a game, not longer than 20 min Evaluation of the day International night- Carnival, get a funny costume and let’s have fun

Day 6. Web dreaming – how to find partnerships and improve the cooperation between partners. Getting ready to Day 2014 Evaluation of the day International night- Board games night, bring games that you want to share with us
