The EMPr specifies the mitigation and management measures to which the Developer is committed in relation to the establishment of the Photovoltaic Solar Energy Facility and its associated infrastructure, and shows how the project will mobilise organizational capacity and resources to implement these measures. In order to comply with the requirements of GN R 982(19)(4) and (23)(4), an EMPr has been compiled as part of the approved Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and Basic Assessment Report for the Bokamoso PV Facility and expansion thereof. The content of the EMPr is structured in such a way as to comply with the requirements of Appendix 4 to GN R 982. 1.1 BACKGROUND & PROJECT DESCRIPTION This EMPr has been compiled for the Bokamoso Photovoltaic Solar Energy Facility and expansion located on a portion of the Farm Matjesspruit
