Each class finishes with relaxation, offering some quiet time to chill out and do nothing! Life is so fast paced and children have less time to reflect and daydream so instilling in children the idea that it is OK to take time out and enjoy being calm is essential. Locally based Rachel Frazer is delighted at the local response: ‘ The children quickly master the basic yoga postures and really enjoy the adventures. However lively they have been during the class, they are always keen to settle down with their magic eye bags at the end. I am glad I am able to bring the wide reaching benefits of yoga to local children'.
