A Good Deed Rahway Troop 47 Pays Visit to Alblasserdam and to the Harbor at Rotterdam For the first time in the history of the American Boy Scouts, a whole troop went to Europe. The town of Alblasser dam, The Netherlands, is “home base” for the scouts and you can find many hou ses there now with a little American flag in the front yard that means an American scout of Troop 47, Rahway, is the guest of that Dutch family.
