Residential use means activities which are principally associated with housing. Residential area means the area which is designated for residential use as per accepted housing schemes or Master Plan. The residential areas contain housing facilities in the form of detached, semi-detached, town houses and multi storey apartments. These areas shall also include the ancillary land uses necessary for the residents in the neighborhood such as educational, religious, health, recreational and commercial centers.
